Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your mental health care may cost.

At Heal Grow Thrive, I’m committed to offering transparent, accessible care. My standard self-pay rates are:

·       $100 per 60-minute individual counseling session

I reserve a limited number of sliding scale spots if cost is a concern. Please reach out to me, I’m happy to discuss these options.

🧾 Example Cost Estimates

To give you a sense of what therapy might cost over time:

·       Four individual sessions would be $400
 

These are only estimates. You’ll never be charged for more sessions than you attend, and you're free to pause or end services at any time.

🔒 Know Your Rights

You can request a written Good Faith Estimate at any point. If you receive a bill that is $400 or more than your estimate, you have the right to dispute it.
